Ladakh is a land like no other.

Filled with positivity and spiritual aroma, the land is home to the most humble people you will come across.

Although the landscape of barren mountains and the vast grass lands raise a feeling of nothingness in you, there is plenty of things to be discovered, explored and learnt.

Simply put, you get lost in the land but only to rediscover yourself.

If you have even the slightest craze/craving for adventure, Ladakh is the place for you to be.

I see Ladakh as a land of opportunities. It has something for everyone.

Virgin peaks, vast meadows, hiking trails, cycling and biking routes, pristine tarns, gorgeous valleys, boulders, sand dunes, beautiful villages and never ending desert land; Ladakh has it all.

The best part of Ladakh according to me is camping out in the open, in the middle of nowhere.

Vast clear night sky as the roof, cool breeze, fresh air and totally isolated for the much needed peace of mind; I say this is how heaven must be.

Along with the modest Bhuddist folk coming from the ancient land of Tibet, Ladakh is also home to a numerous species of desert life. Lizards, Yaks, Himalayan Marmots, Bactrian double humped Camels, Seagulls and Urial are amongst the ones to cross your path often.

During winter, on the other hand, if you are lucky enough, you will be among the very few people to spot a Snow Leopard!

On the whole, Ladakh is an experience we insist everyone takes up atleast once in their life.

It is one thing to see the photos and videos of it and totally different to actually be there and experience it.
